Konstantīns Beņkovskis
Konstantīns Beņkovskis 2005. gadā ieguvis ekonomikas doktora grādu, Latvijas Universitātē aizstāvot disertāciju "Latvijas maksājumu bilances analīze un prognozēšana, izmantojot ekonometriskās metodes". Viņš sāka darbu Latvijas Bankā 2000. gadā, bija ekonomists Monetārās politikas pārvaldē un vēlāk – vecākais ekonometrists un galvenais ekonometrists. Viņam ir arī starptautiskā darba pieredze – 2006. un 2007. gadā Konstantīns Beņkovskis strādāja Eiropas Centrālās bankas Ekonomikas ģenerāldirektorātā par nacionālās centrālās bankas ekspertu.
Vienlaikus ar darbu centrālajā bankā viņš Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskolas studentiem lasa lekciju kursu.
Konstantīna Beņkovska pētniecības interešu loks joprojām ir plašs, tajā skaitā arī par eksporta kvalitātes novērtējumu, turklāt Konstantīns Beņkovskis ir viens no Latvijas makroekonomiskā modeļa un arī īstermiņa prognozēšanas modeļu autoriem. Kopš 2012. gada viņš līdzdarbojas arī Eiropas Centrālo banku sistēmas konkurētspējas izpētes tīklā (CompNet).
